Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the questions we hear most.

Still curious? Speak with an advisor directly — no question is too small or too complex.

What makes Funding Finance Hub different from other advisors?

We operate under a strict fee-only fiduciary standard — meaning we are legally obligated to act in your best interest at all times. We earn no commissions on any financial product we recommend. Our compensation comes solely from the advisory fees you pay, which means our incentives are fully aligned with your outcomes. We also integrate lending, insurance, investments and tax strategy under one roof, eliminating the coordination gaps that plague most financial relationships.

Are your services available outside of Nevada?

Yes. While our headquarters is in Mesquite, Nevada, we are licensed to serve clients in all 50 states. Our advisors conduct consultations via secure video conference, phone, or in-person at our Nevada office or partner locations nationwide. Currently, we serve over 28,000 households and businesses across the country.

How much do I need in assets to work with you?

There is no minimum asset requirement for our Essential and Growth tier engagements. We believe quality financial advice should be accessible regardless of portfolio size. Our Private Client tier, which includes family office services, is generally appropriate for households with $1M+ in investable assets or business owners with complex financial situations.

How long does the loan approval process take?

It depends on the loan type. Personal loans can fund in as little as 24 hours after approval. Auto loans typically close in 1-3 business days. Mortgage pre-approvals are issued within 24 hours, with full closings averaging 21-30 days. Business loans (SBA 7(a), term loans) generally fund within 5-7 business days. Your advisor will provide a specific timeline based on your application and documentation completeness.

How are my assets protected when working with you?

Your investments are held at third-party custodians (such as Charles Schwab and Fidelity Institutional) — never with Funding Finance Hub directly. This means your assets are SIPC-insured up to $500,000 and protected by additional custodian-side coverage often exceeding $1M per account. We never have direct access to withdraw your funds. Our firm carries professional liability (E&O) coverage of $5M and our technology infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II audited.

Can I cancel my service at any time?

Absolutely. All of our service agreements are month-to-month with a 30-day notice requirement. There are no long-term lockup periods, no early termination fees, and no penalties for cancelling. If you're dissatisfied for any reason, we'll help you transition your accounts to another advisor of your choosing — at no cost. We earn your business every month, not just at the start.

Do you offer services for businesses or only individuals?

Both. We serve individual consumers, families and small-to-mid-sized businesses. Our business services include commercial loans, business insurance, employer retirement plans (401k/SEP), executive compensation strategy, succession planning and merchant services. We currently work with over 1,200 businesses across industries ranging from healthcare to manufacturing to hospitality.

What is your fee structure and is it truly transparent?

Yes. Our fees are disclosed in writing before you engage us. Service packages range from $49/month (Essential) to $399/month (Private Client). Investment advisory fees are 0.65% of assets under management for the first $1M, declining to 0.35% above $5M. We do not earn commissions on insurance policies, loan originations or investment products. You receive a single, consolidated invoice each quarter and can request a fee breakdown at any time. There are no hidden costs, trailing fees or third-party kickbacks.
